AEB-L is a stainless grade with 13% chromium. It was originally developed by Bohler-Uddeholm as a razor blade steel and it takes a very keen edge.

DISCLAIMER – ALL AEBL Sheets are HOT FORMED ROLLED and as such the steel is not Perfectly Flat – YOU WILL NOT FIND PERFECTLY FLAT AEBL locally – We recommend that the steel be clamped immediately out of Heat treat when oil is used. THIS IS THE SAME PROCESS AS ANY of the SANVIC STEELS(12c27 and 14C28N)
