CONDURSAL – Z1100 – 0.9Kg

Condursal Z1100 is an easy to apply and remove anti-scale coating to prevent scale and decarburisation during heat treatment. The coating will allow you to take your blade put to higher grit finishes before heat treatment, saving time, abrasives and money!

Application Directions:-

Thoroughly clean and degrease blade – if this is not done properly the anti-scale coating will not adhere correctly

Dip (Recommended) or paint on a very thin coat – do not layer multiple coats

Wait approx. 10 minutes for coating to dry

Heat treat for temperatures between 600 and 1100 Celsius (You can Oil, Air or Plate quench with this coating)

Once cool brush the coating off.
