Return and Refund Policy

At Zee’s Knife Supplies, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our policy below:

1. Returns

• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
• To be eligible, you must notify us via info@zeesknifesupplies.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

2. Process

• Contact us at info@zeesknifesupplies.co.za with your order number and a description (and photo if possible) of the defect.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Upon inspection, if the item is confirmed defective, you may choose between:
  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items not defective or damaged.
• Products showing signs of use or wear.
