HT 35 is an accelerated Quenching oil Giving faster cooling rates than straight cold-quenching oil. It contains an additive system to Suppress the vapour blanket, thus allowing the vapour transport(Rapid Cooling) stage to be reached more quickly. Components quenched in this oil have an exceptionally clean surface finish.
